Our complaints process
If you're not happy with the service you've received and would like to make a complaint, please get in touch with us. Make sure you include your policy / quote number, as well as your contact details so we can respond to you as soon as possible. Your complaint will be dealt with by our complaints team who will acknowledge your complaint in writing within 5 days. They'll also share a final response with you within 8 weeks. If you're not happy with the final outcome or don't think that your complaint has been handled appropriately, you can refer it to the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS). Following your complaint, you'll have 6 months to contact the FOS
